Got it up and running working the bugs out.

I added bracing to the tabs front and rear for more surface area to weld. I'm going to tack it in place then have it tig welded later(chomoly subframe). To determine the roll I used the tcase with the drive shaft going thru the drive shaft hoop

Making a new water pipe - front roll stop bar. Locating and making mounts for said tube.

Got to level and square this all up so I can attach the tube to the new mounts. Don't mind the rad inlet and outlet ports. The rad is flipped temporarily so the nubs will hold the front up.

I have 2 options as far as the mounting of the rad and intercooler. In post 287 the rad position on top with the intercooler bellow. It will accommodate either stacked or v mount and both will allow factory 2gb talon foglights. The things I don't like about the v mount, is proximity to the gound( If i curb the car or a I hit a critter and the other is funneling intercooler air under the car).

I see what you were talking about now, not going to lie I am going to borrow your idea(s) here as this is exactly what I am looking for to retain the front end (without chopping the frame up).

No problem. Once I get the tubes connected front and rear I can un bolt it as a assembly.

Definitely looks like a solid piece. How are you mounting the bottom bracket of the lights? Are you putting a flat bar down below?

They will be mounted like new cars,to the bumper by Removing the mount bracket and making my own.

Made a temporary sling of 2 1 inch flat stock connected the front and rear tubes together. The intercooler and rad are temporarily in. The intercooler had 3 inch in and out and will be changed out to 2.5. Working out angles and fitment.

Moved the intercooler forward 2.5 inches which puts the bottom of the intercooler even with the bumper lip. Currently at 25 degrees rake. Trying to achieve 27 degrees or more. I can move 1 1/2 more forward and a inch up in the front.

After a whole lot of grinding on another tube I got the fit I wanted and tacked in place just as I ran out of mig wire. Ugh.
