hey guys i am a little concerned about my car it has been reading some times 15 in vac at idle as well as some times the afr at idle is in the 17s and 18s, it only is like that some times and when its liek that it seems to run a tad bit rough around 700-750 rpms but then some times it will read about 17=18 in vac and afr of low 16's any input would be greatly helpful , as well as in a WOT my afr will read low 10s any thing on that would help too
thanx
guys

well according to your mods in your profile, use your safc to richen up the idle a bit. For the fluctuating vacuum, check your lines and see if you have any pinches or sharp bends in it. I know with the two different boost gauges I had, my autometer would go from 15-16 on a cold start up, but warm it would be 19. When i put my prosport in, it stayed at a constant 19. at WOT, i would pull some fuel away. do some 3rd gear pulls and get that afr up. i have mine between 11.1 and 11.8

Check to see if you have any vaccum leaks. Your vaccum at idle should be around -18 to -20. Your AFR's should bounce around 14.7, maybe like from 14.2 - 15.6 or something

well i have been reading about the lean idle and i read that it shouldnt cause a problem , the main thing to worry about is the afr at wot and it reads in the 10s, around a 10.8 which is a little rich but i am fine with that because that little richness shouldnt effect anything correct? let me know if i am incorrect about any of this , i wouldnt wanna mess somthing up LOL and im pretty sure my vac lines are good i dont get the weird vac, problem what performance wise would that have an effect on?
thanx
