30 vac at idle

anyone know what would cause this on a gvr4. car is really hacked i just bought it a month ago and have been doing boost checks on it, and replacing things in the process. but i cant figure it out.

30 at idle? Id guess a bad gauge...

I'd tend to agree with suspicion about the gauge. That's just too high to pull at idle- you'd usually not see vacuum that high unless you were coasting-down, and using the car's mass to draw that much.
