non dsm:91 mazda mx6 wont go into gear

Hi i have a 91 mx-6 non turbo, the car will not go into gear unless the car is turned off? I tried to start the car with it in gear, clutch depressed and it made this horrible sound. So I replaced the clutch, thinking that would help. I replaced the pressure plate, clutch, and throwout bearing bearing to no avail. That didnt work so i replaced the slave cylinder(and bled the system) since it was leaking. It has a little more pressure then before but still kinda weak. Not sure where to go from here? Maybe the master cylinder went out? Thanks in advance everyone,
