ECMlink No start after 750cc incjectors

Hey guys, I recently upgraded my fuel system to accommodate more power. I have installed a DW 255 fuel pump(rewired), fic rail and 750cc injectors, and Aeromotive fpr. I have set the fuel pressure to 42.6 or as close as I can get to it. I have tried setting the global fuel to -39.8% and global deadtime to 330 microseconds. The car is not able to run. It ran fine with stock injectors and the DW pump. Is there anything I need to be changing? I am new to tuning so any help would be appreciated.
