No Squirters & No BS - Port Relief Valve?

im rebuilding my 7 bolt, totally forged bottom end. I eliminated the oil squirters and removed the balance shafts. Do i need to port my relief valve? If so how much should i go?

anything else i will need to do before i throw her back together?

Yes. Not sure how big to go. There's a couple threads with pictures floating around here where you could probably find your answer.

i just looked and couldn't find any threads about them, I do remember seeing those pictures comparing ported vs non ported valves though.
