alright I need some serious help here on my 90 talon. I have searched on here and checked everything I can find. I have tried another ECU, cam sensor, MPI relay, ignition control module, replaced the old crane fireball ignition with a MSD. and still no luck, I have injector pulse, have checked the fusible links under the hood, CEL illuminates and goes out.I am lucky enough to have another 90 talon that I have used to confirm the parts were good. One thing I have noticed is I dont have the ignition switch 12 volts like It shows in the pics. any idea where this is powered from??
any help will be greatly appreciated

Pretty sure you need a 90 ecu for a 90 car. The "subtle" differences between 90's and 91-94 I do not believe they are interchangeable. What year ecu do you have in your car?

What was the cause for no spark so others can no the solution?

When plugs are the same, this is good information for all. Thanks for posting the fix, it is always beneficial and it isn't the first time, so don't feel bad. :thumb:

Okay that relay you are pointing out is also known as the Mitsubishi mfi relay and yes that can cause issues but only related to no fuel issues so if you have fuel that thing still works. No spark seems to be our issue here but you say the cas works honestly it could be a bad power transistor ignition coil module spark plug wires or even plugs if someone can tell you how to check if those are good I think that will shed some light. Edit that relay your showing may be something else your mfi relay should be different since you have a 1g and that doesn’t have two relays connected to each other like a 2g mfi relay so I have no idea what that is.
