I have a 94 Eclipse, It won’t start. I have spark, I have confirmed that I’m not getting any power to the fuel pump by having someone turn the key while I check at the fuel pump connector for voltage.

I have read that the next step would be to check the fuel pump relay and ECM, I pulled the fuel pump relay and ECM from under the radio area, does anyone have testing instructions for the relay? I did a visual inspection of the ECM and it appears to be fine, is there any way to test it?

Is there anything else I should be checking?

Any help would be great, Thanks.

I had someone turning the key trying to start it, I also used the jumper by the battery both came up no voltage.

No power from the harness at the pump when using the jumper. I would like to test the wiring, relay and ECM but can't find anything showing how to do this.

Could you please tell me where I can find the 1.8 wiring diagrams online? Thanks.

Had no idea, The last car forum I was on said it was against the rules to post manuals because of copyright law or something along those lines.

Anyways, Thank you.
