No/poor start, jumps to 6k rpm under throttle

When i start the car under no throttle it kicks over a few times doesn't hold and idle and then stalls. When starting under any amount of throttle the car starts and races up to 6k rpm... engine sounds good(no misfire/backfire audiable) then rpm drops and car stalls.

The car just went under some work, installed a new crank sensor, and a new cylinder head/ timing belt/tensioner. I bought the car used with the broken timing belt thats why it stopped working. It had a 97+cas installed with the a/c compressor removed a while before the timing belt broke.

I see there is an what i assume is an idle screw, i cant find where/ how to properly adjust it, the previous owner possibly played with it??

No check engine lights but i cant keep it running long enough to throw one. Has any one seen this before or anything similar any help would be greatly appreciated

Update: Over the weekend, i tested the
TPS with the volt meter- OK
The Ignition module Both 4+1, 3+2= with in range
Module Connector= ok
Crank sensor= just replaced, tested works
CAS=giving normal reading but does have a loose wire which i re-soldered

Problem areas- The front o2 sensor has 2 spots which i could plugged it into, i have tried both and did not change the condition.

The next areas i am going to look closer into is the ecu/eprom and this problem seems to have something to do with the throttle or an electronic problem so i will take another look into the tps and the fuel regulator/ vacuum lines.

Again if anyone has any clues/ prior experience with these sort of symptoms.

Have you check these things. Have you checked for boost leaks? Is your BOV recirculated.
