I put a 1g TB on my 2g, put the 2g TPS on and adjusted it so it reads 0 percent at idle...
Start the car up and idle fine at 750, but when i give it gas, saw a constant 10 percent, the rpms will go to 3k and bounce up and down. Any ideas?

I unbolted my ic pipes to clean them out, then when I put them back on, my throttle cable got stuck. Perhaps its your throttle cable goofing up too? WD40

Stupid question: Is the TPS good? I mean have you checked it from 0-100% to make sure it was reading correctly? Also your MAP.

TPS reads 0% with no throttle, and WOT reads 94%, that was the best I could get for now.
I have my MAP sensor unplugged because there is no port on my 1g mani for it, I thought the MAP was purely to check the operation of the EGR system.

Basically, the car seems to be surging under low throttle...
I will be holding the throttle steady at say 10%, but it will feel like i am steppiing on and off the throttle, also it feels like a delay from when i step on the gas from when the engine reacts.

No it is not for the EGR. It is used by the coputer to sense engine load(under load or not under load). Now if there is a way around your MAP I dont know but unless you have someway to bypass it the MAP could be causingthe issue since it is not reading the correct pressure, the other sensors are saying one thing and the MAP is sayin another it could be causing your problem. And I thought you just did the 1g TB, but from your last post I now assuming it was the whole intake mani.

For giggles plug in the sensor. Who knows maybe the DSM gods will smile upon you. However i got a feeling that once you get the MAP hooked up right you should have the problem fixed.
