I'm having issues with my 95 eclipse 4g63 I rebuilt the motor cause it was bad when I got my car and put it back in but now I cant seem to get the car to start I have changed cas, crank sensor, coils, power transistor(icm), it will roll over not sure if it's the ecm or not the injectors where cleaned and they are getting gas to them and have 12 volts on both pins at harness not sure if that's what they are suppose to have any help would be good, I also used a scanner and it's not throwing codes
