2G No spark no fuel

Ok so i have a 6 bolt swapped 2g car was that way when i got it. I just got everything buttoned up tonight it had a seized motor. After getting it done i can get the car to crank. However i have no spark and no fuel. I pulled the cas and spun it by hand and got nothing. I also had no fuel pump running. I ran a jumper from the fuel pump check plug to the battery. Im still getting nothing after doing that. Ive never came across this issue in my dsm travels. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check the voltage at the pump itself

also check if the pump didn't seize up as well, this happen to my evo after sitting for 2 years. i have to add wd40 to the inside and switch polarity on the post to make it crank forward and reverse.

oh and just to be sure does the ecu look fine upon inspection?

first check when you turn the key over but not actually starting the car, your check engine light should come on for 5 seconds. second check your relays in the interior by the passenger side. theres 2, and you should hear a clicking sound when turning the key over again not actually starting the car. lemme know if they check out and ill give you more possibilties going down the line.

If it had been sitting for a while it is possible that the ecu is gone from moisture and condensation
