No boost in 1st and barely any in 2nd

Okay so I found a van line to the internal wastegate on my 16g was not connected and I replaced it but prior to finding that it had not been boosting in 1st it sits at 0. Then in 2nd it boosts like 5 psi and then in 3rd 4th and 5th it boosts between 10-15 psi which I normally see those numbers in 1st and 2nd what could be the problem??

Turbine spins freely amd no play

Check for boost leaks, check to make sure that the wastegate is closing all the way. Are you going off the stock gauge or an aftermarket?

Get a boost leak test done.

Autometer boost gauge. And Im gonna put on a new manifold gasket because it looks like it got ripped in half it's not the metal one it's an eBay one

Just do a boost leak test before taking anything apart. You will know exactly where it is leaking and what to replace.
