(95 TSI AWD) Okay i have just finished up and everything seems good it spools perfect runs perfect no problem! :thumb:
But when i shift back from fourth to third and let off it make wierd noises not sure where its coming from... :notgood:
It might be a clutch problem but i don't think so cause when i took off the old t25 it was fine... perfect.
so i am sitting here

Can you be more specific......what does it sound like? But its a good possibility that if your on the stock clutch it could be on its way out.

Yea man. What is the noise? Is it a flutter, like a bird in your intake pipes, or is what?

I am going to guess that you are hearing a flutter sound. My car has picked up that annoying flutter when I let off the gas just enough to not open the bov but still have a pressure differential.

Thank you everyone however i have some bad news the problem is solved seems like it only needed to be broken in runs good now thanks again! Just one quick question how long should i be breakin my turbo in be4 cranking it up? Its brand new evo3

Initial start up should require you to take out the MPI fuse by the battery and disconnect the coilpack THEN crank it a few times. That primes the turbo. If you dont do that, it could cause premature wear on the bearings thus causing failure sooner.
As far as breaking it in, i've never really broke a turbo in. Idk, i just start out a low boost and tune it up to my desired setting, maybe thats MY breakin :p
