I just bought an eagle talon 91 awd and turbo ofc and I'd like to know what minor mods i could do to gain some hp/tq without blowing my engine.Thanks and I'm new to turbo engine so yea I will try to learn the basics to understand better.Thanks.

Welcome to the DSM world! After you do some maintenance like a timing belt kit, changing fluids and the like, I'd recommend you start here:

Just make sure you are completely up to date on maintenance first - that'll minimize your chances of breaking something expensive later on
