New to Dsms

Well I just started to get into the Dsm world of things. I had an srt-4 before I had my 1g talon. Unfortunately my srt got totaled by a gt500 after I spanked his ass on the freeway twice by about 6 cars or more.

Anywho my buddy owned the car before me and I always loved the car because well basically because it had traction. When i picked it up it had very little mods, 16g,ported exhaust mani and 02, and little other things. It ran when i got it for about 2 months until the axle seal went bad or something and it started leakin tranny fluid and eventually blew the tranny.

So basically I took that as a sign to start my project early and this is my build so far, let me know what you guys think of it so far............


MOTOR-2.4 4gcs 6 bolt block, Eagle Rods with arp bolts, Weisco pistons, clevite bearings, Arp main bolts. Ported head, standard size manley valves, FP3x cams, fidanza cam gears, supertech dual valve springs, Dnp T4 tubular mani, SBR Intake mani,Prothane motor mount inserts
TURBO- Garret Dual Ball Bearing GT40R 85a/r, Tial 44mm wga
Intercooler- FFTEC Race intercooler with tial Q bov 2.5 inch piping
Fuel/Managment- Aem ems, 1600cc FIC injectors, Aeromotive a1000 fuel pump, Aeromotive fuel return setup, Aeromotive inline filter, Fuelab (1000hp) pridigy inline pump.
Tranny- Stage 4 Shep trans with a Quartermaster twin disc clutch
4 Bolt Rear

Still need a few things to really get this thing underway

Yeah I just hope everything works out and it ends up being somewhat reliable, to go out and run every weekend. I just hope it gets me into the 9's if i can drive

Hahahahahah fair enough. And everything is brand new thats going into the car so im hoping its not going to break too often. I dont expect it too last 15 years or anything but they cant be too bad if you attentive towards your car
