I have a 92 talon with the following mods:
2.4L G4CS with a 4g63 head. Wiseco pistons, eagle rods 8.5:1. BSE, Ported head, 1mm oversize valves, BC springs, HKS 272 cams, FRH intake manifold, 3in gm maf in blow through, T3 dnp manifold, Garrett GT3582R, 3in exhaust, FP intake pipe, Tial wastegate and BOV, ETS Race intercooler and piping, Walbaro 255 rewired, Fic 1150 injectors, AFPR, and -6 line from tank to rail, cxracing radiator, Innovate motorsports Digital boost and MTX-L A/F gauge, lightweight flywheel.

So I finally got the car started and tweaking a few things. First question is when I initially start the car it revs to about 2000 rpm or so then drops really fast and the car dies. Same thing happens when the car is running and I just rev it a bit. I wondering how to get around that. I think it might be because of the lightweight flywheel. I also noticed that my o2 sensor is cycling but doesnt seem to cycle very quickly. Is that normal? I cant seem to get my airflowperrec any lower than about 32-34 and combft is around -2%-2%. When the fans kick on seems like those values jump up a bit. Is that normal? Any Help is appreciated. Thanks

Okay I will try that. For the airflowperrev I thought you were supposed to use the maf comp to adjust for that and the deadtime to dial in the combft. I followed this video. I also read the people who have a 2.4 with the 272 cams seem to have it around 30-32. Thanks

So I changed the load factor to 83% and adjusted the biss a bit to get the isc closer to 30. I got the airflowperrev down to about 32 or so but the car was running pretty rought. Combft was bouncing around alot but it was +6-10%. I tried adding to the deadtime and I raised it up to almost 520 and combft was really going down at all. Saw some smoke coming from exhaust. Not sure what else to try. It ran way better when the load factor was at 100.
 
So I finally got the car started and tweaking a few things.

If this is a new build, just get it to idle and run safely, and then go drive it and break it in with several good mid-high RPM decels.

You need to get the rings seated as early as possible, before worrying about the tune.

BTW - Registered 2002 with 21 tech posts? I think we have a winner for ultimate lurker! :D
 
Ya its a new build. Ill try and get it to idle and go for a ride. I had about 4 dsms in the past. Then I was out of the game for probably 8 years. I found a really clean 92 talon and decided to build it up. Yes I'm a creeper ;)
 
When I open your log it says injectors are 990cc at 50 psi. But everybody's log I open I see different injector sizes in their tune than what they post on the forum. Maybe my ECM Link is wrong. But check your injector size. Everything else looks spot on. I have a 2.3 auto with 264 cams. DA fuel table looks a little rich in the high load upper range (target 10:1), I would do 11.3:1
