Okay. I've been doing cruise and idle tuning since I got link. Everything seems to be doing well. But after logging everything and looking over it my LTFT Lo and LTFT Mid are both at 12.5% and my ISCpos is 45-50 at idle, everything else is fine. My car is idling well (750rpm) and running nice 14.7s. What is the advantage to messing with these to get them in their right positions, since the car seems to run well? I read http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/articles-tuning-ecu/262460-basic-dsmlink-tuning-guide.html and if I need to lower the fuel trims, how much should I go down by? Global fuel is -18.4% and deadtime is 180usec.

Another thing, when logging my o2 looks different than most people's in the pattern. In the log most people's o2 goes up then flat then down flat then up ect. the peaks on mine are rounded. It does go back and fourth though.

Since you have link did you look at the ecmtuning forums? Lots of information there, for those using link specifically.
