Hi Group. I shall be closing the list this weekend (sunday 26th) so shall be requesting the final funds from those who have paid a deposit for the brace.

My plan currently was to finish the rest this saturday (25th) and send them to powder coating during the week. Work up this morning feeling a bit rough and thinking im starting to get the flu but i wont know just yet if it is or not. So if i do then its a small delay while i over come that as when i get ill i get it all in one go (NO here) it sucks.

But will keep you posted on if i get done or not either way.

The hardware arrived yesterday, i shall grab some bags and start outting them in and building the kits ready.

Went in and started on the other half of the braces left to do. Which are now all done! (Welded at least anyway) now in the week i have to put an angle on the lower arm bush which is a case of sanding it and cleaning it up, so if i can get that done early part of the week then i can get them to the coaters end of this week!

Still deciding on a box thats best suited but im on it. (Hopefully)

Braces are at the coaters and might be ready this week or early next week.

Im about to order the internal packaging to help protect the item then once that arrives im going to measure it all up once done and it looks like i am going to be ordering custom made boxes for my specific size! I got a sample box from who i normally use but its just not what i want so custom is the way forward i think.

Boxes have just been ordered. I got all the protective sleeves today and now i had them i could order the right sized boxes to be made, they say about 4-5 days for production so we shall see, in the mean time I got lots of sleeving to do on these braces.

Getting some packing done while i wait for the boxes to be made, got about 10 done but had to go cook dinner so shall do some each night as the cable ties rip into your finger (baby)

This seems to offer great protection and protects most of the outside which is a key place to protect.

Well chaps it looks like the boxes were a perfect idea! They fit great and hold them snug to stop shifting around, they are exactly to my size so i will certainly use this company in the future!

I opted last minute to order the double walled versions so these add more strength and support so its just another form of protection ontop.

Im aiming to have a few packages out this friday but im currently awaiting a reply from fedex as they just out the shipping rates up and i need to know if they can lower them otherwise i may have to use another company or fedex through a third party so keep an eye out in paypal or your account for tracking numbers shortly

Wow that was fast, looks like i needed the next size bag for the bolts. Damn it. They seemed just snug too but maybe a bit too snug, hows the blue protection and box hold up? Hopefully as well as i brain thought it would haha
