First off I would like to state I DO NOT SELL MANIFOLDS. Now that we have that out of the way. Heres my buddies new manifold. Nothing Crazy, happy so far, Number 2 will be a little short for equal length but... it will work. I kept it compact vertically, Ive had issues in the past with manifolds to tall.

I weld and prep each runner off the manifold and weld them one by one. This manifold was a pain in the f***ing ass. Faught me every step of the way.

Projects like that always sound fun in your head LOL I just finished a turbo ls build and the exhaust fab was a pain in the ass.

I have always thought about making a manifold for my car but I just dont see it happening, I look at it and still get nervous on doing one even though i do alot of other jobs similer LOL, still classed as a noob in my field

looking great though, keep up the work and practice and im sure you will find them easier in the future and alot more fun to make haha

I feel like im improving. Theres alot to consider when building a manifold. I find myself always getting in a groove on the last few runners after ive been welding for awhile. Id like to move up to the dynasty at some point. I dont do this for a living but I find it therapeutic. Im gunna be making a twin scroll t4 top mount here shortly.... just got to find a turbo for mock up.

Shes in the bay.....Finally
