ok so my 450"s took a crap on me i have some evo injectors that im putting in my question is can i run them with out a fuel pump for a little with without problems i have to save up to get a new pump im outta money and need the car running my mod list is as follow

freshly rebuilt 6 bolt engine 160 across the board
true 3" turbo back apexi exhaust
14b ported turbo with Mr. peepers modded wastegate
ported 2g manifold
ported tubular o2 housing
fmic
mbc
greddy bov
apexi safc and data logger
will be putting a 2g mass in with the evo 560 injectors
 
Should be fine. You might find it a little hard to tune without getting knock since you will have to pull so much airflow from your ecu to get it to run right (the ecu seeing less airflow will put you on a higher timing map)

I would try to tune it so that your fuel trims are near 83% on the data logger, that way it the ecu will see more airflow than tuning them for 100% and will just pull out the extra fuel. This is basically getting the tune close enough that the ecu will do the rest for you, just make sure the fuel trims are less than 100%. That will help with your timing a little.
 
im throwing a 2g mass in so tuning should be minimal. what im manly conserned with is at 16 psi will i over run my fuel pump.

The 2g mas essentially does the same thing that an afc does, shows the ecu a lower airflow # than what there actually is. You will have to do minimal tuning with the safc, but you'll still be hiding a lot of airflow from the ecu and putting you on a higher timing map. Just be sure to keep a close eye on knock, which will be deceiving anyway in this weather.

The injectors have nothing to do with how much the fuel pump will flow. You could run 1000s on a stock fuel pump, it's just that you wouldn't be able to max out those 1000s.

And you can't measure the fuel pump by psi, since a 13g at 16psi is going to be pushing a lot more air into and out of the motor than a 16g at 16psi will be. But for reference, I ran 18psi with my 14b and stock rewired fuel pump.

You didn't say whether you have an auto or manual. A manual can get away with more boost (if both cars have the same turbo) on a stock fuel pump than an auto can because the 1G autos have a higher base fuel pressure. (43psi vs. 37psi)

For every 1psi of boost your fuel pressure will raise 1psi. So say base pressure is 37psi and you boost 16psi, now your fuel pressure will be 53psi at full boost. And as you turn the fuel pressure up the flow from the pump drops, as explained in the first link. Thati s why there's such an emphasis on doing a fuel pump rewire, especially with a stock fuel pump.
