Just replaced my stock ignition coil because it was throwing P0351 and P0352 codes. Started the car and it ran great for a couple of days until the stock FPR started leaking (don't use the thing & had to replace it). Anyhow, got the FPR installed, started the car and 10 minutes, guesstimate, after I started it she starts increasing in RPM's, bounces RPM's, bogs down & dies. CEL light comes on and it's a P0351 again. Take the coil out and check it.
Primary
1 & 4 - .9
2 & 3 - .9
Is .9 high? Based off of Chilton's I think it said between .5 and .6
Secondary
1 & 4 - 12.25
2 & 3 - 12.37
Not sure what my next step is. If .9 is high I'll replace the coil, but if not, what else is included in the P0351 that I can check?
Thanks guys. Also, it's good to be able to come back to this forum and see that it's thriving like crazy!
