Ok, now that i'm done drooling... How's the build quality of the headlight assemblies? I'm curious also as to how strong the clear plastic may be. I just don't want to buy a product that is going to look like crap and/or fall apart in a few years. I want these to be a permanent replacement for my stockers.
I've not seen these particular ones, but I have seen other aftermarket DSM lights. They've been just about impossible to tell from factory units apart from the tiny lettering at the base of the lens. I'd have all faith in their quality.

As for the quality , they are almost the same as OEM , don't even worry about them to fall appart. On a scale of 10 , i give them 9.5/10 :thumb:

Damn, that sucks for all the guys who have sanded the texture out of their 1gb lights to get a clear lens. They look very nice. It definately upadates the look of the car. Very clean. I wonder why it took so long for someone to finally make them.

I just received mine today and man these lights are awsome. They came with the Hi-Low beam lights already installed in them. Just add signals and you are good to go. I have had aftermarket lights before and I think these are the nicest quality I have ever seen. I'd get a set if you are looking into them.

Anybody know where i could get the one piece headlights for our cars? these are badass but one piece would be the shit. powerteck.com sells some but there not shown on their website, they also only come in chrome. I decided not to order any from them since the guy i talked to was a dick prolly run by one person.

Those headlights are nice and all, but $240? Shit, thats almost as much as getting new OEM ones

except OEM are $240 EACH! but hey, it's not a honda, so i guess we don't get honda prices on all aftermarket stuff! i agree, a bit high priced for me, but definetely cool!

Ive got these new lights and they are !#@$ing awsome. I have blue headlights and the xenon turning signals in there and it looks sick.

Does the headlight come with the "bubble" to level the lights? or do you reuse the stock one?

The bubble on my stock ones is so far off it's not funny. You're better off on a long empty road and a buddy to properly aim headlights on a 1g :thumb:

Yes it does come with the bubble level to aim the lights with. I didn't even bother to use it though when adjusting my friend's set. The lights look great, but I did notice two mistakes in my friends. The corner of the reflector between the high and low beam is cracked off and the piece is sitting inside the housing - there's no way that happened after the headlight was assembled so it was done at the factory. However it's not noticeable unless you get up close and stare at it. Also, the two metal threaded inserts on the side of the headlight that you screw the mounting screws into on the driver's side were not installed far enough into the headlight. I noticed it when we had to force the driver's side headlight into place to have it align with the bolt holes. We were able to tap the inserts further into the holes in the headlight though. I still think the lights are worth it though - not only do they look better, the light output is brighter and has a flatter cutoff than stock. The beam pattern does produce less light immediately in front of the car though, but it's nothing major.

Wow, its been a while since I have been here and found this? SWEET!

I might have to buy these in the next few weeks. After my door handles are gone and the paint is on

The price is not bad at ALL. This is very good compared to the ONE I need to buy to replace the broken one...

Thanks for the GREAT find!
