So i've been working on my car all weekend, installing a few new goodies, but mainly removing my transmission to replace my worn clutch/flywheel combo. Everything went smoothly up until completion when the car DOES NOT go into any gear once started. I used a clutchmaster's flyweel(same as Fidanza as they manufacture for clutchmasters) and a Competition Clutch 1620 clutch kit. I did not surface the flywheel as it's brand new and I used the throw out bearing that came with the clutch kit. I'm going to head into the garage and start taking everything apart again to see WTF is going on. Anyone have any tips as to what to look for? The master cylinder was bled and adjustment was made to the peddle for proper engagement. You can easily see the slave pushing the fork. It does go into every gear when the car is off, just non once on. Thanks for any help.

EDIT:

If I start the car with it in gear and clutch pedal depressed, it moves. I even drove it around like that and it was fine. Just getting in and out of gear is the issue.

It sounds like the adjustment is out on it from what you explained.

It sounds as though the clutch is never disengaging.

I know you said the fork moved and you bled the slave cylinder, but there could still be air in the system. Watch the fluid through a clear bleeder hose until there are no more air bubbles.

Other than that, just look back over your work for signs of something installed improperly or binding up.

(TOB slides freely, Clutch fingers are flat, disk in facing right way, etc)

Check that the shift linkages are tight also.

Well, it could have been a multiple amount of issues, but it is now fixed. The entire tranny was removed againg and everything was inspected. Upon putting it all back together, I installed a new fulcrum ball with washer, new fork, and new OEM throwout bearing. I also replaced the slave cylinder with a used one that was in good condition. A nice chunk of metal came off of my original slave while reinstalled it which didn't allow me to thread the bolt through it anymore. I then bled the whole system and she is as good as new.
