New car woes...bucking at low speed and stuttering badly

Hi,
I just bought a 90 Talon Tsi. I'm 18 and I currently have three DSMs. It is awesome.
Anyway, My new talon, has an idle/throttle response problem. After a minute or two warm up, the idle will cycle up and down between about 1200 and very near stalling. This cycle will go on for awhile, then it levels off at around 800-900, then it will cycle again.
My second problem is when I push the accelerator (not in gear), the rpms actually drop for a brief second befor going up. I tried replacing the mas, but no change.
Finally, my last problem is when I begin to move, I press on the accelerator and it feels like the engine hits about 3-4 brick walls in a row, then goes okay, then more brick walls. I think PHASTALON had a similar problem and he said ignition switch and ignitor coil. Is this correct?

for the idle problem, it might either be a vacuum problem or your IAC motor is bad. if you're lookin at the throttle body, it's on the bottom towards the rear of the car. being that you have other dsm's, you could try swapping it out just to see if that fixes the problem.

that might also help the accelerater problem as well....maybe, maybe not. but doing the above is a good place to start. and if you don't need emissions, ripping all that crap out might help ease an vacuum problems if indeed you have a problem with that.

as far as hitting a brick wall, i'm having the same problem at the moment and having to check a few things out (but have other issues i'm more concerned about at the moment). plugs (what type ya running and gap?), wires, coil, boost leak, etc. doubting the ignition switch (on mine anyway). but that's just a few ideas and places to look. hope this helps.

id try all the sensors on the tb and just do a basic tune up.
 
Thanks for the ideas, I'll give those a try.
I don't know what pugs came in the car, but I'll put some NGK BPR6ES and see if that helps.
