Car bucking at low boost

Just need some help, i just installed my injen intake system with k and n air filter. When cruising under light throttle 0-5lbs boost the car bucks, mostly under declelerating. The car never had this problem before, im assuming im going to have to get an safc or some type of fuel management. Just wondering if there is a workaround until i get some kind of engine management.

Any suggestions appreciated.
96 talon, stock t25 turbo, o2 housing, 3in downpipe, catback w/magnaflow. mbc set at 15 lbs, no fuel upgrades.

Might want to do a boost leak test, i had this problem and i had a leaky lower injector seal.

Wouldnt it have acted up before if i had a boost leak?

I could check my injector seals too, not a bad idea. Were you getting a rough idle when youre injector seal was leaking?

You wouldn't happen to be venting the blow off valve to the atmosphere would you? This will cause a rich condition at light throttle/deceleration situations and can cause the "bucking" you are talking about. Feels kind of like the car is slightly jerking back and forth.

Unless I'm totaly reading this wrong and you are talking about fuel cut which is more of a "oh crap, I just hit a brick wall feeling" in which case do a boost leak test.

I am recirc. and deffinatetly think that its fuel cut. I reinstalled my factory intake pipe to the turbo but left the K and N on, and now the car doesnt act up at all. Im going to wait until i get some tuning and fuel upgrades before i reinstall it.

yeah my car is bucking a lot. and it does feel like if i hit a brick wall. going to check for boost leak or could it be the mass air sensor
