building a fast car is SOOO much more than a collection of parts. Everybody seems to want 600 as if it's very easy or practical. Walk before you run. Get the car running perfectly and repair old stuff. There will be a lot of work before you even GET to go fast stuff. Transmission will be the weak link and we are a decade past parts availability.

Getting harder to find but they are still out there. I was trying to save the stock bore block that came with the Grey Racecar but ended up having to bore it to get rid of some rust pitting my hone wouldn't take out :(
