Agreed, those did come out looking alot thicker than when I first put them on there. I can have that fixed by Thursday.

Everyone's entitled to their own opinion I suppose, but I don't see any "ricer" in that photo. WTF

The honesty and accuracy of a 1G having positive dynamic camber on the outside front is refreshing ... as well as a clear warning to others.

I cant wait for the Road Racing one, as long as its some kind of 2nd generation, I think that is fair to ask. I mean aside from me, who the hell out there is going to notice the details between a talon or an eclipse? The color doesnt matter, but I like the style of the spyder shirt, its a lot less cartoony than the autocross shirt. The autocross shirt ot me is alright, but as a suggestion for the road racing I would suggest less cartoony.

I think these are acceptable suggestions, im not saying, build mine and I will buy it.

Back during my undergrad days, I was friends with identical twins. I was one of the only people able to tell them apart. I never told them how I could do it, but here's the answer: if I was attracted, it was Dara; if I wasn't, it was Nadine. (Guess which one I lived with for a few months.)

The same goes for DSMs. If it makes me want to climb in and DILISI, it's a Talon; if I start to giggle, it's an Eclipse.

Pointers are cones that are set up on their sides to tell us parking-lot warriors which way to go around a standing cone. Look just to the left of my car in my avatar picture: that pointer is what made me turn right behind that standing cone, instead of passing on it's right (which would have been a shorter, but off-course, route).

It was sincere, I like learning new things...all I know is because I discoverd from other members before me or tiral and error, but thats different.

Now since its pointing left I would have thought to make my move the way its pointing, but your saying I want to look for the down cone and make my move around it....so its on the inside of my turn? Is that right. This is good info to know. Thanks again-Matt

The pointer cone will always tell you which side of the cone it's next to you should pass on. So if you're looking straight at a standard upright cone with a pointer cone on it's left side you would pass the upright cone on it's right. The pointer cone points > to the right so that's the side you use. Helpful for gates and non-optional slaloms.

Actually, thats a great possibility. You might know a fella named Vince Lucanish with a purple 2G GSX really done up. Hes not on the forum or anything, isnt really a computer wiz. Hes about 51 maybe 52. He owns a shop called VincentPerformanceStandard here in North Versailles / WhiteOak area and works alone on top notch vehicles. He owns a 98 spyder a 98 GSX and 03 Evolution and his son owns a 03 Evolution. I always go up his shop and hang out.

Back to the point, he gets up there alot and always invites me, but Im usually busy at Napa and cant get time off. I plan on re-doing all my previous stupid half ass mods and get my car to where I want it, safely. Next season, I will get in touch with you and we can set up a time to run..I hope they are ready for first timers Thanks for the info and I get it now.

The pointer cone is placed DIRECTLY at the standing cone to indicate you make your turn around this cone. Thats correct, correct?

Cone dodging is way too complicated for me, I'm sticking to trying to stay between the lawns (and dodging deer!) at R.A. Seriously though, if you get a chance to watch an autocross, the concept falls right into place, once you see it in action. I didn't get it at all 'till I watched it myself.

Well before I had my FMIC, I never saw anything over 213 out there with the ambient temps around 90 or so, which is amazing since your at WOT about 90% of the time, in 15-30 minute sessions.. I have the stock radiator, used 100% water + water wetter just in case but I probably didn't have to. I even had my AC in at the time. I have since removed my AC, and got a high flow-thru FMIC, and I plan to get a Fluidyne before I dare go to the track again. Anyway, it's WAY too hot out there at the track right now.

Thats what I was thinking. I got rid of my AC stuff just incase I never even overheated, but I never used the air either. I removed the ac stuff and made a shield over my FMIC to route the deflected air back to the rad...AND got the RRE/ Carbon Trix 10x13 vent which is an awsome piece by the way. It looks sweet.
