what holds a DSM back from being competitive in SP?

pressure changes resulting from authorized changes are
permitted.



I haven't seen anything else about boost "Prohibited herein" under the street prepared cateogry of the rule book.

you're right, sorry i forgot they changed the rule to allow boost maybe 2 yrs ago

I'm really enjoying my Galant VR4 in DSP. DSP is a slightly slower class than ESP where DSMs live. All Galants are listed on the same line so being a turbo AWD doesn't register on their radar. Allowed mods are basically consistent with what I want in a street car anyway except for the requirement of stock 14b. BUT, the great thing for me is that running a liquid-to-air intercooler means I don't have to cut the bumper so I'm not stuck with a puny stock IC. The heat-exchanger fits where the AC condenser used to be and the intercooler core sits above the transmission.

Below is a slightly outdated picture of my IC setup but you get the idea.
