Um, how do you know you are running rich? And please don't say that your blinky, blinky AF gauge is telling you that.....

due to the fact that black smoke is rolling out of mt exhaust... and the smell of fuel... my car is bone stock btw

Is the check engine light on?Codes will tell you where to start.

Check your vacuum line to the Fuel Pressure Regulator.

Do a boost leak test. That will cause you to run rich.

A cracked exhaust manifold will also make you run rich. 1G manifolds are known to have cracking problems.

Fuel injector stuck open

its a ES no turbo.... but injector maybe it is also loading up really bad i guess and wont go past 3500 rpm.... its like it hits a rev limiter
