neon head swap? worth it?

i was wondering(because i have a set of neon crane cams) if there would be any benefit to me swapping in a neon dohc head onto my eclipse 420a(other than simply the cams).

the heads look the same but are not, the intake and exhust sides are swapped between the mitsu and the chry.

as for the cams, check the ends and see if they are notched proper.

I would say NO!

You will have to fab up a header and new mani to use that reversed neon head....


It would be best if you sold those cams to some neon guy and get yourself parts made for the eclipse 420a....

thats what i was figuring. although i have no idea who would want to do up a neon(personally i feel its an ugly looking car) and go cams, but ill try posting them up.
