negative vacuum question

Alright so i just upped my psi to 13 with a fairly stock setup... i dont have a boost leak tester made yet, but my negative vacuum after i punch the accelerator is usually around 21-23 psi and this seems pretty high to me. I'm wondering if this is an indication of any leaks or if you can really tell anything at all from it ?

Uh, no, that's a closed throttle plate and an engine coasting-down. If it's at idle, it's just a very healthy engine.

Thats a good thing, when it starts getting too low.... then you have something to worry about!

negative vaccuum??? wtf? dude, negative vaccuum is what we call "Boost", you can't have negative vaccuum because that is what vaccuum is, a vacuum is a space with no or very little gas pressure.

my boost gauge reads -20 at idle, but compression on #1 is 140, and #2 is 120. Smokes like a trailor park mom with a brand new pack of newports.......thats not healthy at all

Anyone care to explain?
