Need Transmission Help!

i changed my clutch its a modular clutch, changed the release bearing, checked the pilot bearing it was good was pretty much brand new, transmission is good drives perfect shifts perfect with the new clutch but when i don't have the pedal pushed in it makes a god awful whine/rattle, i did refill the transmission with fluid but if i let it idle it stops, it only makes the noise when i hit the gas and the pedal is not pushed in if you hit the gas while the clutch pedal is pushed in it wont make the noise I'm not sure exactly were the noise is coming from anyone no what this could be?

maybe throwout bearing.... if not then i gotta say it could be your tranny bearing... that happened to me when i had my n/t... it was fine but when i replaced the clutch it started doing it...!!!!! it would make noise in every gear but not getting louder with vehicle speed but with engine speed.... so it turned out to be a bearing...!!!!

did you bleed the clutch?

the clutch didn't need to get re bleed its just the master and slave and i didn't have to undo the lines it did it before i changed the clutch it started doing it after my pressure plate teeth made a loud pop i drove it home with no clutch pressure then all of a sudden it had pressure again like 3 days later when i forgot it was in gear and started it and that god awful noise i have to drive like 4 hours in a few days and i don't want to break down like halfway

on a side note it only does it every now and then it doesn't do it all the time

could it possibly be the bearing that's on the end of the transmission shaft under the tob?
