Need some help with the Door Glass

My door glass rattles really bad when you shut it. Im afraid its gonna break one of these days. On top of that my drivers side window need to be adjusted the top back corner doesnt go back into place i have to push on the corner from the outside to get it to close right. Can any one help me with this its a '97 GST.
