Need some help finding a leak down tester hose

I need a hose (with the fittings of course) for a leak down tester. I see replacement hoses on some websites advertising 10mm, 12mm, 14mm, and 18mm diameter adapters. Which do I need for a 4g63? And the threads are all universal correct?


EDIT: Ordered a 14/18mm one from summit racing
