Hey guys I have been searching every where on what I should do to get my 1650bm to cruise/wot properly it idles pretty good but I'm having some part throttle issues . Before I switched over to e85 today I did BLT and had some 650cc injectors in running 93 and every thing was great boosted 12psi real nice but when I put the 1650s in it spudders at 2500-3000 rpms and no matter what I try to do it does the same thing I have played with the InjBatteryAdj to play with the dead times and that helps but does not completely fix the issue and it wont boost at all .. I have even tried re gaping my plugs (brp7es) even tried the 6es and no change

I have posted a cruise log and idle log

Yea I have read that but I guess it depends on the car because a few people on here claim to run the bm 1650 with no box.. I guess if I cant figure it out ill just have to get some 1450cc , really dont want to buy another set as I just got these

I run fic bm 1650cc. I dont have a box or a problem. Let me take a look.

Its like I get the airflowperrev at .25 using the 50hz slider then the ltft lo goes up then i adjust to get that down then other things change its like a game or my car is possessed:rolleyes:
LOL

BTW I was following the tutorials on ecmlink's site

I def. have the new V3 that came out last year. Must be different.

You probably have an issue with your injector sizing that you've managed to cover at idle and cruise with deadtimes and open loop.

Basically is sounds like what you're experiencing (without looking at your logs) is that the car runs fine in closed loop as long as your ecu is keeping fuel in line via feedback but then once you hit open loop your incorrect injector size is causing you to over/under-fuel the car. What does your wideband read during the rough phases and what does combined fuel trim look like?

With E85 you will get rich misfire under 10.5 a/f. From my personal experience.

Yes. Have you done a maf comp yet? That made a big difference on how my car ran on a cruise.
