I just put in my Bluemax 1650's and am trying to setup my idle. I am completely new to tuning. From what I understand global adjusts fuel through the range and deadtime effects only idle. When I set the global to what the calculator says -72% the car does not want to idle, it gets too lean. I had to change the global fuel to 50% to idle. What am I doing wrong?

Looks like the idle VE cell under the SD tab is pretty high for idle. Try putting the global back to -72%, going down to like 50 on that VE cell and then adjusting from there. You want your LTFT Lo and STFT around 0% and airflowperrev at .25. Global fuel adjustments affect LTFT Lo, Deadtime fuel adjustments affect STFT, and your idle SD cell affects airflowperrev. You'll have to play with all 3 of those things to get everything to line up.
