2G Need rear struts but springs or coilovers?

95 GSX Currently is lowered 2" all around with springs but the rear struts need replaced. Do I get the strut parts and just have the current springs put back on? Replace everything with new springs too or go the coil over route? Cars just used for occasional city driving. No autox or anything wild.

I talked to one guy and he mentioned pre loaded setups so it's easier but I don't know if that's something that I can get that is also 2" lower already.

Get struts only. If you do not know how to change one this is not the time for amateur hour. They are potentially dangerous. Ask questions.
