I have a 99 GST, bought it for 2000. Motor had a soft knock so I paid a mechanic 4200 and some parts to rebuild my motor. I don't know a lot about these cars if not I would have never paid him to do it but love the car and the body style, but one day he decides to tell me he doesn't want to work on it anymore after I paid him and when I got my car back it looked worse than a junk yard car. So I have been trying to put it back together. I don't have a lot of money left, a retired teacher that lives here in my area has helped me put the motor all back together new piston .20 head rebuild port and polished etc.. engine is back in car but now I don't know what else I might be missing. The dumbass (mechanic) didn't return all of my original parts that came with my car so I honestly don't know what I might still be missing can you maybe point me in the right direction if not sorry to waste your time peeps. Name is markanthony by the way and here are some pics if you guys feel you need more let me know
I have a quick question, I want to know the big bolt on the block that I think connects the oil cooling lines to turbo but not to sure can I replace that big bolt or what are my options it its getting in the way of the new turbo I'm trying to install

. Your mechanic buddy needs to pony up your parts or you need a donor car to fill in the missing pieces. And thats just what can be seen in the pictures. That sucks man!
