need help with manifold

Does anyone know if this t3 tubular manifold will fit in my 4g63 without having to get rid of p/s. it has a 46mm wastegate. any help would be great

Looks like the wastegate placement could be an issue. Do you know the brand of the manifold?

Looks exactly like the one someone else posted a thread about complaining about clearance issues, i couldn't find the thread though. Was about a month ago. Looks like he got rid of it. Hope you can figure it out, he had all sorts of problems. If you bought it, why are you asking for advice whether it fits? Bolt it on already and find out.

I can look at it and tell you that it won't work without getting rid of the power steering pump and possibly even relocating the alternator to the otherside of the block. You could correct the issue by welding on a TiAL MVS, from top to bottom they measure 3.8" the only downside is you'd have to cut off that 4 bolt flange and weld on the TiAL v-band one.

How much do you want to invest to make this manifold work?

o really. i'm already looking around to buy a 2g or evo manifold instead so save me the trouble. i guess this manifold and wastegate is just gonna collect dust now

I don't know how much you've invested but, if it were me, I'd split the two parts (wastegate and manifold) and sell them individually on eBay and use the funds to purchase the stock 2g exhaust manifold. You can typically find them in our classifieds for around $40...
