need help with tuning

First i want to start out by saying yes i am new and i have been searching for the answers. And unfornatly i cant seem to find anythiing to really help. So i am asking for help from any and all out there. I a trying to tune my neo and im just not getting it. I had a friend put it in and tune it for me but, we had a falling out and i think he messed with it. First i will start with what mods i have, which are as follows 20g turbo, a knockoff greddy blow off valve(plan on buying a new one) a front mount intercooler, walbro 255 fuel pump, and im suppose to have 550cc injectors ,but, not sure its what i was told
hi th .5k -11, 1k -11, 1.5k -10,2k -10,2.5k -10,3k -10, 3.5k -13,4k -13 4.5k -13,5k -18,5.5k -18,6k -18,6.5k -18,7k -10,7.5k -6,8k -6

low th .5k -30,1k -30,1.5k -30,2k -25,2.5k -25,3k -13,3.5k -13,4k -14,4.5k -14, 5k -14,5.5k -14,6k -10,6.5k -10,7k -10,7.5k -10, 8k -8

this is what it was set as when i coppied everything down. Any help would be greatly appreciated. also i think that my blow off valve (the cheap one) is bad, Im having a fluttering noise come from it instead of the high pitch whistsle noise that used to happed when i shift any help here too would be great. sorry, this i sunder the air map settings. It starts out with ne01 and goes up to ne16. And the guy who tuned it started at 500 ,1000,1500 and so on and it ended with 8000 and i am assuming it stands for the rpms and if it heps the throttle points are for low 20%and for high 30% if that clears it up i hope so if not i will try again. thanks for anything

You sir need a logger and wideband. How do you expect too get a tune not knowing anything that's going on besides on that little screen?

Yep logger, dsmlink, wideband, if not link then a wideband and a logger to see whats goinog on, got rid of my logger and got link, im never looking back.

that seems like your taking an awful lot of fuel away from the engine if you ask me.

with simmilar mods i only ever go to about -10 on my neo.

Tune for a 10.5-11 AF on an SAFC, with 550s start the tune at -10 air flow and adjust from there. You can get Evoscan since you have a 99, but a Wideband SHOULD be good enough without a logger if you're keeping the tune between 10.5-11.
