2G need help stalling issue

I had the same issues when messing around with the biss screw. when i would have it over tightened it would cause my car to stall it was like 1/4 turn in the difference of stalling and not. I replaced the biss screw seal and it helped a lot.

I have replaced all seals and done numerous boost leak tests. car idles between 1000-1100. The stalling was helped when i did the single spring mod on my type s. (makes bov much softer). Although now i seems to get a flutter/ surge sound , although i didnt get any surge with the two spring. I have read that they just make the flutter sound when they are recirculated, but im not too sure.
