compression check shows
145 140 143 140

With the radiator cap If i give it any kind of gas it will blow water 5 feet high.

I have removed the thermostat, new cap, flushed radiator.

I filled the radiator with water did and leak down test no bubbles were coming out of the radiator cap.

I am lost here i just want to drive the car. I am willing to try any thing

I had a similer issue on a different car where a head stud worked looks and i was breifly lifting the head when i built boost but it would resettle and test good for the compression. it eventually caused a head gasket failure after a few months of having everyone stumped.

Another thing it could be is a stuck thermostat causing pressure spikes in the cooling system untill it has enough ummph to force the thermostat open forcing high pressure coolant into the overflow.

I would pull the thermostat and test it first.

Back flush ENTIRE system with can of radiator flush (follow can's directions), not just radiator. Is your radiator old, corroded inside, too many fins bent, crap in front of it, or just tired out? If over 10 yrs replace it - it will make a world of difference. Pressure test cooling system for leaks. Are your fans operating? Do you have a 50/50 mix of antifreeze/water? Losing water? Is your bottom radiator hose hot or cold? Coolent system have blockage somewhere preventing proper circulation?

both hoses are with in the same temp fans are on a switch.
I am going to pull the valve and check the studs would be very nice if that's what it was. I will try that when i get off work tomorrow.
