help with over heating

Under normal driving my car does not over heat but as soon as I harras the car on the highway the car starts to over heat. Do anyone know what causes this problem?

Bad thermostat blown head gasket bad water pump. The list goes on and on. What have you checked?

Yes what was checked the head gasket, leaks, could be anything.

New water pump and thermostat. And I don't think my head gasket is blown

Mine was a faulty radiator cap. I pulled my hair out for 3 days. Kinda felt stupid after all that it was a cap.

Not having enough coolant will also make 'er get hot too. Ask me how I know

Well, seeing as you live in Puerto Rico, I might expect this to happen eventually.

Old radiator cap?
High temp OE thermostat?
FMIC on this car?
Non-stock radiator fans?
Aggressive tune?
Small turbo pushed beyond a reasonable efficiency?
Restrictive exhaust system or clogged cat?

check the coolant temp sensor to see if your fans are coming on. also did you put the thermostat is the right way if its reversed it can cause that problem.
