need help making my 1G racecar faster

My car is a 91 Laser:

First off, the class that I race in is a naturally aspirated class only and it is a "stock" class so that is my boundary (dirt circle track). I have put together an engine out of "junk yard" parts that runs pretty good (came in 3rd out of 30 running with V6's, and I'm consistantly in the top 5 to 10% in my 4cyl only class). I started with a 2.4 block/pistons/crank out of a 97 galant, pushing the "stock" rule i know, (removed the balance shafts) and put my stock head/intake/throttle body/exhaust on and upgraded to a set of turbo 5 speed cams. I also use a set of 275cc injectors out of a galant. I am running the stock ECU. I run 93 octane pump gas and am getting about 210psi compression across all 4 cylinders.

Am I missing anything that would make more power that can be found easily in a junk yard?

Here's probably the best combo for power you could dream up. Find a 75mm crank out of the 1.6L 4g61. Bore your motor to 86.50mm and find some g4cs sohc pistons. That would be by far the highest/cheapest power you could manage. Run a 43cc head if you dare. Best case would be finding a g4cs shortblock and running the 63 head. 2.4L with almost 13:1cr

Edit: I forgot to mention you can just run the factory 150mm rods.

Decided to take the exhaust cam back to only retarded 3 degrees, ran great (no lope) but got just a little popping up around 7100 rpm, wondering if it's possible to go past the limits of the stock MAF sensor? or is my mix of 50% alcohol not burning before the exhaust vlave starts to open? I have my base timing at 10 degrees, what do you think about going to 15 degrees?

You should do a lot of work and put the engine in the back. It might give you a better center of gravity so you can corner better.

OK. I won the points championship at the Iowa State Fairgrounds in the sport compact (4cyl) and the "open" FWD (4 or 6cyl) classes !!!

Now a serious question...I want some EDUCATED guesses as to what kind of horsepower my motor has (not gonna spend the money for a dyno) so I can match my injectors and fuel mixture as best as I can on the stock ECU.

normally aspirated, 4G64 block, 4G63 head (combination makes about 11:1 compression),4-2-1 header from late 90's galant, no cat or mufflers, HKS 264's (both retarded about 3 degrees), hacked air cleaner canister with K&N and straight pipe to throttle body, no balance shafts

trying to figure out whether I should stay with the 275cc injectors (on premium gas) or the 390cc injectors (with a mix of half E85) or try to find something in between

horsepower guesses ????
