I checked all the similar threads and searched, and one thread was close but no cigar. I have a serious drip going on from an oil line, it's under the engine running across from the oil return line. In the picture it's the line/bolt directly in the center. I'm looking for the part number also to get this replaced ASAP, I lose a quart of oil every 30 miles :(. Dripped all over my parking lot.

Valve cover was leaking bad, bad enough it killed my alternator. I just changed the VC gasket and alternator recently and haven't cleaned up underneath yet. I put the car on a lift and confirmed it was from that line tho.

I DO plan on leak testing it soon tho, I just picked up the car two weeks ago.

And to clarify it's a 97 GS-T.

Not jumping to conclusions but my cars leak pooled in the same area but was coming from one of my exhaust studs. There's one that goes into an oil galley on the 1g, can't remember if 2g heads have the same thing or not....

That was actually the first thread I looked at! But that one seems like it's just a straight line whereas mine has some bolt on it... It's still the same tho?

There are two parts that make up the line. They join together using a type of compression fitting which you have pictured. Part numbers for both lines are given in that thread and they will come with the respective parts for the union.

Just reporting back. I ordered the extreme PSI cable line listed in the linked thread, and I can report back that it is MUCH better flowing than the OEM line. Took about an hour to install, removing the top of the line from the turbo is a nightmare without removing the manifold. Ending up breaking the line off at the bolt and using a socket.

Thanks again guys!
