Need help figuring out my problem Please!

Hey guys I got a 92 talon tsi awd I bought as a shell put a motor and what not. Here's my problem bought a week or 2 I got it started no problems fired right up. After I put in the axles driveshaft etc it wouldn't start.

Here is what I need help on I found out that none of the injectors are firing I do get fuel to the fuel rail but the injectors don't fire when they should. What's the problem I should look for any ideas? I already checked the mpi fuse and swapped out the mpi relay with one from a 1g N/T any idea if that would work on a 1g? I've also tried a different Ecu as well.

Any help/advice you guys could give me would be greatly appreciated I'm really trying to get this thing on the road it's been sitting for about 2 years and I've owned it for about 4-5 months out of those 2 years.

All 1G 2.0L cars use the same MPI relay, so you're good there.

You are saying the injectors fire, but not at the right time, correct? Make sure your CAS isn't 180 degrees out and reset the ignition timing. If not, check your CAS is working properly: http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/electrical-tech/394020-how-test-1g-cas.html#post152483382.

Injectors don't fire at all we will crank it over and hold it a few seconds and no fuel comes out. Cas we already messed with as well and it had started before like I said without messing with anything that's why I have no idea what went wrong

Did you check the injectors for proper resistance?

Did you check the injector harness for proper voltage when cranking?

Did you check the injector resistor pack?

I don't have a voltmeter to check that at the moment but I will be going to pick one up sometime today. I did although check the injector plugs with one of those things you ground it and it lights up if it has power to it none of the injector plugs lit up so I'm guessing I have no power going to the injectors.
