Not sure if this is the correct place to ask or if it should be moved to Hangout...

I'm getting my daily 2g Spyder painted and want to get opinions on some bada$$ white paint colors.

I was thinking of Pearl white, something like the BMW M3 white. I want something that really pops in the sun :D, maybe something with some nice flake ;)

Lets hear your thoughts!

I have always been a fan of the Lexus IS 350 pearl white. If I was ever to repaint my car it would be in that color. I prefer it over say an Escalade white that has too much of a creamy tint to it.

BMW Alpine white is a real bright white, or maybe the Evo wicked white.

"Pepsi" white, brightest white. Can hardly look at it in the sun.

Im for the bmw white.

Look at these 2 colours:
Alfa-Bianco Nuvola
Lamborghini-Baloon White
But Alpinwhite would be a good Choice too,i'm painting mine also in this Color;)

I saw a gsx painted championship white with a pearl flake and it was amazing looking with black wheels. Good luck

Pearl white is what i would go with. White can go with any other color, and looks really good. It can make your car look perfect unless your pics are close up on the bad spots.

Just a little advice from a body and paint guy. White is an awesome color I think just because of the contrast it has against intakes and ducting on a car. Plain white(non-metallic or pearl) hides alot of imperfections(dings, dents) and dirt. However, if you use metallic or pearl white, you should think about smoothing out every last ding and dent to perfection. The reason is that dings and dents will bounce the light off much differently and magnify any imperfections because of the reflective additives. Take a walk around any pearl or metallic white colored vehicle and you will see dings jump out at you. These same dings can easily go unnoticed on a normal white car. Just some friendly advice.

When shooting a pearl white, the end result will only be as bright as the white base you begin with. The midcoat which contains the pearl is very, very transparent in most cases.

I'd go to your local paint store and look at some of the newer Toyota and Nissan chip books. Most of their newest pearl whites use a healthy dose of crystal pearls in the tint (be it silver or gold) which really make them pop in bright sunlight.

I agree with the championship white. Maybe it's taboo to put honda paint on a dsm, but I will admit that colour is the one thing honda did right.
