1G Need help can’t get the car to start

Need help. Have a 1991 2.0 non turbo. The car has ECMlink tuned computer and 450cc Injectors. This is a dirt track car.

I have sent ECU back to ECMTuning to get checked out, it is good. I have three sets of injectors, have replaced CAS. I have fuel to the rail, and have fire.

Car will run on alternate fuel but can’t get the injectors to spray. I also have injector pulse with NOID light. Thanks

Is the injector resistor pack plugged in?

I was trying to dig a bit since I can't see how the Noid Light is working but the injectors aren't.

Unless they are plugged or not functioning, that car should run.
My son bought an old Honda and all if it's injectors we're STUCK. They are iron body injectors so I TAPPED on their bodies while running it on brake parts cleaner and they all came to life after 12 years of sitting.
I suspect the injectors if the noid light is working at the connection.

I don’t know. I bought the car not running. I tracked down the guy that originally built the car and he has been more than helpful getting the mess lined out from previous owner.

I agree I have had three sets of injectors in the car and don’t see any reason why it won’t run hoping I was over looking something simple that somebody else had experienced

Yes it is plugged in.

So I have constant 12v to both wires in the injector plug ignition on. When I crank the car both wires drop to 9v cranking. Would this be a bad resistor. Thanks
