For whatever reason the TPS was flipped the other way (picture shown) and reading 1.3 or 1.4V car off. I got it flipped around but can’t get it lower than .80V and am using ecmlink V3 to check voltage.

Is there anything I can adjust on the TB to get closer to .63V?

Pull it off and see what it reads in link. You’re aware the prongs fit here? Also, make sure the throttle plate is fully closed and the set screw is adjusted properly.

The prongs are in the proper place. TPS reads .04V when off the TB.

I’m guessing my TB plate isn’t fully closed. Going to check that now.
